About

A fence crew that leads with the material.

Locally owned in Tulsa since 2009, built on one idea: a fence is a material sample you live next to for twenty years.

Our story

Cedar first, sales pitch never.

Ironwood & Cedar started in 2009 with one flatbed of hand-picked western red cedar and a simple frustration: fence companies that quoted a mystery number and subbed out the labor.

So we did the opposite. We buy cedar by the unit and pick the pickets. We quote a real per-linear-foot range before anyone visits. And the crew that prices your fence is the crew that builds it. Fifteen years and 1,800-plus fences later, that is still the whole company.

What we hold to.

01

Material honesty

We will tell you which material we would put on our own yard, even when it is the cheaper one.

02

A number you can trust

The linear-foot estimate is a real budget, not a lead form. It is meant to match the invoice.

03

Our own crew

No subs. The people who quote your fence set its posts and hang its gates.

04

The paperwork is ours

HOA submittals and city permits are part of the job, not your homework.

Neighbors on the line.

The linear-foot estimate matched the final invoice almost to the dollar. No surprise up-charges, and the cedar board-on-board looks like furniture.

Our HOA approval was the part I dreaded. Ironwood handled the submittal and the permit, so I just picked the color.

They flagged the pool-code latch requirement before we signed. The crew was on time, clean, and the gate self-closes exactly like it should.
