Western Red Cedar
The Tulsa favorite. Warm out of the truck, it weathers to driftwood grey and takes stain beautifully. Best privacy-to-character ratio; plan on a restain every three to four years to hold color. Lifespan 15 to 20 years.

Ornamental Steel
A wrought-iron look without the rust. Powder-coated panels see through to the landscape, meet pool-barrier code, and last decades with zero upkeep. Best for front yards, pools, and sloped runs. Lifespan 30-plus years.
03 / Finish
Vinyl / PVC
Set it and forget it. Full privacy or classic picket, no staining, no splinters, wipes clean. Higher up-front cost, lowest lifetime cost. Best for busy households. Lifespan 25 to 30 years.
04 / Finish
Chain Link
The budget line that just works. Galvanized for pure function, or black vinyl-coated to visually recede into the yard. Best for back-lot security, dog runs, and acreage. Lifespan 15 to 20 years.
05 / Finish
Composite
Recycled-wood-and-polymer boards with the density of lumber and the upkeep of vinyl. Premium privacy that stays put in wind. Best for long unbroken runs. Lifespan 25-plus years.

Colors read differently on a screen than they do in your backyard at 5 p.m. Every on-site visit comes with physical samples: a cedar picket, a steel panel section, a vinyl board, and a composite board, so you are choosing the real thing.
We will hold them against your house, your existing fence, and the neighbor's, and tell you honestly which one we would put on our own yard.
