Estimates
Linear-foot estimates are good-faith budget ranges based on the details you provide. A final written proposal follows an on-site walk-through, which fine-tunes the number for grade, gates, terrain, and material selection.
Scheduling & weather
Install dates are scheduled after a signed proposal and may shift for weather, ground conditions, or utility-locate timing. We will keep you informed of any change.
Permits & HOA approvals
Where included in your proposal, we prepare HOA submittals and pull municipal permits on your behalf. Approval timelines are set by those authorities and are outside our control.
Workmanship warranty
Installations carry a five-year workmanship warranty covering posts set to line and grade and gates that operate as installed. The warranty does not cover normal weathering of wood, storm or impact damage, or alterations by others.
